The web site is easy going to find the needed information and very simple designed , the only problem with the website is colors and the main picture in the website its very poor place to be taken as a main picture for website , I recommend that to change the picture in the middle of the website to be more professional
One of the best website its simple, customized for the student he can feel that he is close to the university with using a simple animation and giving the student user name and password which give the student the feeling of being a part from the university

When I join this web site I feel that in my home it was very familiar to me it was designed in very high human touch ( picture for a baby and a father ) which give the student ( customer ) feeling of closing to the university plus using the wording correctly ( you can study even if you are full timer employee ) which motivate the student to go thru and see how?

The aim from any open university in the world is using the distance learning methods correctly , the Hong Kong open university used wrong picture to market their self which contain student in the class library , I think if they are using different type of picture such as distance learning pictures or focusing on the university soft wears of exchanging the documents between the student and the teacher
